Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SVGForge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SVGForge helps you search Iconify-compatible icons, organize collections, export SVG assets, and (on Pro) upload private SVG files. Features may change as we iterate on the MVP.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API tokens confidential.
• You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 16 years old.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the API, upload malware, or violate these Terms.

4. Plans & billing

Free and Pro plan limits are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, Paddle's buyer policies, or our Refund Policy.

5. Content & licenses

• Public icon sets remain under their upstream licenses (often MIT / Apache / CC). You must comply with them.
• You retain rights to SVG files you upload; you grant us a license to host and process them to provide the product.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, or that is illegal or harmful.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVGForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
